Hi, I’m Sheila, the heart behind Life Essentials Refillery.

This business was born out of something deeply personal—my youngest daughter’s severe eczema and my family’s lifelong connection to the water. Our boating adventures around Tampa were supposed to be joyful escapes, but instead, we found ourselves collecting trash from shorelines. I realized the problem wasn’t just “out there”—it was in our homes, in our habits, and in the products we used every day.

I started Life Essentials Refillery with one clear mission: make sustainable, safe, and truly effective products accessible to our community. Everything on our shelves is vetted—I won’t stock it unless I can speak directly with the owner or maker. We partner with local farms for dairy and meat, support artisans for personal care and home goods, and commit to packaging that’s plastic-free or reusable.
