Organic Vietnamese Cinnamon Sticks have the distinctly sweet flavor and a high volatile oil content of Vietnamese cinnamon. The sticks are flavorful and fun in mulled drinks and teas — each cup with its own cinnamon swirler. You can also combine them with allspice, cloves and ginger to make your own mulling spice. This prized cinnamon (Cinnamomum aromaticum) was absent from the international market for more than 20 years due to the Vietnam War.
