How to Make Hibiscus Tea

Use approximately 1–2 teaspoons of hibiscus petals per 8 ounces of water.

Pour boiling water over the hibiscus and steep for 5–7 minutes. Strain and enjoy hot, or allow it to cool and pour over ice.

Hibiscus is naturally quite tart, so add honey or fresh citrus if desired.
